Amber has been the spouse of an active-duty Marine since 2011, and they have three beautiful children. Amber is very involved in the military community and volunteers with several advisory committees aimed at equipping other military spouses to face their unique challenges.
Ms. McCarthy also started with the firm in 2018 as an associate attorney and enjoys representing the interests of charter schools throughout the State of Colorado. She helps charter schools navigate the complex fields of student behavioral issues, special education concerns, and authorizer relations. Kristen is passionate about helping clients thrive and innovate through their policies and practices. She is skilled in working with regulating agencies, authorizers, and opposing counsel to achieve positive results for our clients.
Kristen also is a military spouse, and she and her husband, a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army, enjoy traveling and are committed to raising their two daughters to be confident young women.
Because both Kristen and Amber are familiar to you, you already know that they possess the adaptability, creativity, and tenacity to get the job done for our clients.
